This is a book that accompanies the tapes. It compliments more than
follows the flicks.

** Not typically.

** In lab. Use as filler sometimes. Over the seemster may show 3-4 of them.

** Resp[onsible for materail in them (to make them pay atention). Usually
this means one very general question on an exam.
> 4. Are reports or outlines required or provided?
** No
> 5. Do you connect certain video parts with certain chapters?
** I use the birds and bees one after talking flowers, repro, etc. It
compliments this area well. I use the putting down roots early on. The
one (second one I think) with water realtions is good to show after
traspiration, bulk flow, etc. The trip thru the xylem is neat.
> 6. Would you rate the parts: essential?, good?, bad?, to
avoid?
** All 6 are worthwhile, though the first 3 have a bit more. Note that
there are errors. Pollination and fertilization are used interchangeably.
The Darth vadar sound effects are a bit goofy (used when Nepenthes open).
Still, worthwhile. Have used them in intro botany as well as upper
division Plant Phys.
