Hi all,

I really need some help with a small plant that I brought
home from Tenerife. It seems that I won't be able to grow
it here afterall, but I'd really like to know what it is
before it dies <snif>. Perhaps if I had more information
about it I would be able to keep it alive.

It is the whitest, downiest, softest and most curious plant
I have ever seen, because every single part of it is very
densely covered with white soft hairs. It almost looks as if
it's entirely made of white felt. I have spent a whole afternoon
in the library trying to find more info about it, but that's pretty
hard if you don't have any clue about the name! I also looked
in several bookstores for a book that someone recommended to
me, but I couldn't find it.

I have scanned the plant and I'll gladly post the scan here
if that's allowed in this newsgroup.

Thank you for any help,

Luc.
