In many papers on isolation of chloroplasts and enzymes, a type of
polyvinylpyrrolidine called Polyclar AT is used. does anyone know what
type of PVP as listed in the Sigma catalog this brand-name material
corresponds to? Is it insoluble PVP, or PVP-40, or what? Thanks for your
help.
