Elderberry

Greetings,
  Does anyone know of a good botany book that has the morphological
features of the elderberry - Sambucus canadensis in it? I'm doing an
essay on the elderberry & have found it difficult to find such a book. I
need to find out about the vascular bundles, etc. of it.
