Dear to whom Concerned.
I'm Planning to make transgenic plants for TGE(Transmissble Gastroenteritis
virus) or PED(Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea)vaccine.
I know just a little(almost none) there's a lot of different between animals
and plants gene expressing systems.
So I want to know what's the best plasmid for transfoming animal DNA into
plants.(I'll use a gene gun)
If you have any references please let me know.
