Dear plant eders,
Student in my lab is using calcoflour white M2R (Sigma) to look for
regeneration of cell walls in wheat protoplasts. The problem she is having
is that calcoflour precipitates in the osmoticum solution which consist of:
500 mM sorbitol, 5 mM MES, 1 mM CaCl2, pH 6.0. Does anybody in the list
have a suggestion to overcome this problem?
Thanks
Magaly
