I wonder if we can really PROVE anything. Does being there really make
it proof? One could argue that we have not proved that what we see with
our eyes is a correct representation of reality. People have claimed to
see things that most of us do not accept, such as UFO's. But we accept
those things that fit our pre-conceived image of the universe. My
grandmother never accepted that anyone had landed on the moon. Proof is a
relative thing, even outside of hypothesis testing.
