I am a Volunteer Ranger working on National Forest sites managed by
Leicestershire County Councils' Environmental Action section (Planning and
Transportation).

We are always looking for volunteers, from all walks of life, to help in the
management and development of various nature reserves, country parks and
other parcels of land in the Heart of the National Forest area.
In addition to this I am willing to help students who may wish to do some
work shadowing in order to gain practical experience towards projects. If
you would like a short guided tour of some of the sites in Moira/Donisthorpe
(Leicestershire) then let me know, try and give me about ten days notice
before you would like to be guided, as I have legion other commitments!
