In the body of the message type: (not indented)
unsubscribe plant-ed
end
The "end" keeps the server from being confused by your signature file
if you have one. A subject line isn't necessary. Subscribe the same
way except drop the "un".
Assuming that the spam is getting on people's nerves, I feel the same
way. I'll contact the BIOSCI folks and see if anything has changed
or is likely too change in the near future. In the mean time just
keep deleting them. I've noticed that the more interesting
conversations we have the less I think about the spam... Keep those
good questions coming!
