Complete bs, of course. Pyramid, chain letter schemes, such as this one, are a
violation of federal law, and are reported to The National Fraud Information
center (nfic at internetMCI.com), the IRS (afried at nocs.insp.irs.gov), the Feds
(enforcement at sec.gov., pyramid at ftc.gov, and fraud at uspis.gov.) Just keep
waiting for that knock on the door in the middle of the night.
