Further to my Email of yesterday, many apologies to anyone who has had
difficulty in downloading the sample chapter. I foolishly sought to make a
last minute change. Confusion reigned and panic ensued. All unseemly pride
in newly acquired skills in HTML etc evaporated. Happily it is now once
more behaving as it should (touch wood) and I will keep my hands off it
until I'm quite sure what I am doing.
