water bath ideas

Hello All:

I am looking for information on how to set up economical and
mechanically simple temperature baths in aquaria. I need to regulate
temp. within about 0.5 C from about 10 to 30C. I plan on using these
baths to do some phytoplankton growth studies tinkering with nutrients
and light.
