Well, a place to start is looking at the World Lecture Hall seen at the U
of Texas web site: http://www.utexas.edu/world/lecture/ and search for
botany classes. If I may be presumptous here, I am offering a distance
learning course in economic botany starting in January,
http://www.hvcc.edu/academ/faculty/crone/3074page.html that will also
incorporate this spring aspects of the Global Seminar project through
Cornell: http://www.cals.cornell.edu/global/ If the above doesn't offer
enough suggestions or cover your particular interest, I'd check out the
websites of local colleges and state instituions, as they may have a
reasonable selection of online offerings. Bill Crone, HVCC Biology
