Another fun idea - perhaps originally from this list. Put some red
cabbage in a blender to get a colored liquid. THen use it as litmus paper
in various household items. Many will turn pink (acid) or blue (base),
but some will get some other beautiful colors as they blend their own
colors with those of the anthocyanin from the cabbage. Warning - the
juice is only good for 2-3 days before it gets a nasty odor.
