A committee at Wheaton College (Norton, MA) is examining the amount of
money that the school makes available for faculty scholarship funds and is
interesting in obtaining comparison data from other schools. Faculty may
apply for up to $1000 per year to be used for research expenses and/or
travel to scholarly meetings. Are similar funds available at other
schools? and how much is available to each faculty member? are there
restrictions on how these funds may be used?
Any information that you could share about your institution would be
greatly appreciated.
