I recently acquired a farm with a fresh water pond about 200ft by 75ft and
about 14 feet deep in the center. It was previously used for irrigation.
We just finished grading around the lake to keep the banks stable. The
water is developing green algae towards the bottom. Where can I find
technical information on the steps to clean up the water, add the right
plants and fish to form a stable environment. I eventually plan to stock
the lake with bass and catfish.
I am looking for either a website, manuals or books that may be able to help
me out.
