I would be interested hearing in what you find out from the group. We
have just been awarded a grant to purchase an ABI Prism 310 Genetic
Analyzer which will include programs to analyze DNA sequences and gene
linkage. I will be designing labs to use thie ABI Prism in both Cell
Biology and Plant Physiology.
Has anyone on the list had any experience with this instrument? Is it
as powerful as their brochures lead you to believe?
