The cell biologist wants to do a lab using fluorescein to label Elodea
cells. He tried with them in a saline buffer and it didn't work. Has
anyone tried this? What buffer do they need to be in?
He found one protocol that used Murashige and Skoog in the buffer. Does
anyone have the recipe for that handy? I did a quick search on the
internet and couldn't find anything!
Since he is making a concerted effort to use plant cells in his labs, I
would like to encourage him.
