You can contact the folks at California State University, Fullerton.
They have a bog in their arboretum. It is challenging to maintain in
the semi-desert of So. Cal, but if they can do it anyone can. My
parents are volunteers there, but they are out of town so I can't give
you the name of the person in charge of the bog. The website is:

Another contact there is Leo Song, head of the greenhouses. He is a
specialist /breeder of carnivorus plants and other rare species. He
supplied me with Welwitschia seeds!!
