Thanks to everyone who answered my request.  Several people mentioned the
same resources (see below) and Catharina Coenen has just started a website
on this topic.

The ASPP careers flyer went extinct several years ago.  It evolved 
into the "What's So Cool About Plants" Cube.

Resources:
ASPB has a new collection of essays by plant biologists available. These
essays 
were published individually in Plant Physiology.  Information about this is
on the ASPB website under publications and is on the list of publications
sent out with the membership renewal information recently.  The collection
costs $5.
