Bellarmine University invites applications for a tenure-track Biology
position starting August 2003. Duties include teaching lectures and
labs in Genetics, Intro Biology, and upper-level electives. Must
establish research activities and supervise student projects in support
of undergraduate requirements in the major. Must demonstrate strong
teaching skills, active research record and broad training in biology,
with willingness to participate in team-taught courses. Ideal candidate
will have a Ph.D. and experience in one or more of the following areas:
genetics, molecular biology, bioinformatics, developmental biology,
and/or cell biology. Broadly-trained plant geneticists who work with
systems that are adaptable to a small college setting are encouraged to
