Hello everyone,
I am a new assistant professor at a small liberal arts college in New
Hampshire. I am teaching an upper-level (3xx) Plant Biology course in
the spring; I will use the Raven et al. text. I am interested in
designing an inquiry-based laboratory course. That being said, I have
little experience with this type of instruction. Why not dive in head
first? I would be eternally grateful for your suggestions/comments.
There will be a total of 14, 1 hour and 50 minute labs - though our
students understand that they are expected to spend time working in the
lab outside of the regularly weekly meeting. Thank you for your help.
Best,
Kristen
