KCN effect on DCPIP reduction of chloroplast

Just a suggestion. Chloroplast prep will, very likely, have
residualcatalase activity. Seem to remember that reduced DCPIP may, in
somecircumstances, be subject to catalactic reoxidation. Addition of KCN
would then accelerate net reduction by inhibiting reoxidation. Could be
tested by adding a little commercial catalase +/- KCN.
