I have a non-majors plant class doing tissue culture of miniature
roses. We always get good shoot growth, but not much luck getting root
growth. I have tried transferring to rooting culture tubes first and
then pottimg mix or directly to potting mix, dipping in rooting hormone
first. Not much luck ether way. Plants turn chlorotic and die without
rooting once placed in potting mix. Anybody with more tissue culture
expericence have any tips???
