[Plant-education] fava bean seed/epidermal peels

   We discovered that carnation leaves work really well.  We use the one 
week for conduction studies using food coloring, where we need only the 
top 8-10" and we save the lower part of the stem in water to use for 
epidermal peels.  They are easier than broad beans (Vicia faba).
