[Plant-education] economic botany under another name

Dear Plant-ed folks:

 

Do any of you teach a course that is basically economic botany but give
it a different title?  The environmental science prof here wants to
teach a course in economic botany but we don't want to use the word
botany because we don't want the admin to think that we don't' need both
botany and economic botany.
