Super glue works well for stomata impressions:

1.	Paint a small area (.5-1 cm diameter) of super glue on the back of the leaf
and let it dry (faster method) or paint the glue on a slide and place a small
section of leaf, lower side down, on the glue (easier method).
2.	Carefully peel off the glue and place it on a microscope slide, or remove the
leaf tissue from the glue on the slide.
3.	Add a few drops of water and lower a coverslip onto the mount.
