The kingdom Protozoa paper which T. C-S referred to in his
Cell Diversification in Heterotrophic Flagellates was revised
considerably and appears now in Microbiological Reviews,
Vol. 57, #4 pgs 953-994. It is now called
Kingdom Protozoa and its 18 phyla. The taxon that Mark
wishes to find the name of is now called a "parvkingdom"
and the name is Alveolata-
the diagnosis is stated in the appendix of this paper.
