course materials for biology of protists

(1)      I am putting together materials on a graduate level course in
protist biology (evolution, structure/function, physiology, and ecology). 
I have limited library resources for journals, but can request articles
through interlibrary loan.  I would greatly appreciate receiving any
references of key papers (or useful book titles & publishers) in your area
of expertise, especialy review articles that may be useful.  My personal
reprint collection is mostly focused on ciliate taxonomy, physiology, and
ecology, but it is by no means complete!
