Hi,
I'm interested in obtaining DNA from several groups
of organisms and I was wondering if anyone could
direct me to someone who could send me axenic
cells.
The bugs I'm interested in are Acrasid slime
molds, Psalteriomonas (lanterna or vulgaris),
Stephanopogon and Vahlkamfia lobospinosa. I'm
interested in testing the holophyly of the
proposed group Percolozoa (suggested by
Cavalier-Smith) using molecular data. If
anyone knows whether significant cell mass from
some of these is obtainable. Please send me
