I am currently doing a PhD at the Univeristy of Auckland, New Zealand.
My project involves sequencing the 18S-like rDNA gene for species from the
Class Raphidophyceae and constructing a molecular phylogeny. I have the
following species in my collection so far -
Heterosigma carterae
Fibrocapsa japonica
Chatonella antiqua
