VIGO Proceedings - 30 USD!!!

ANNOUNCEMENT

The proceedings of the 8th International Conference on Harmful Algae
is now available. It is published jointly by the Xunta de Galicia
(Spain) and the Intergovernmental Oceanographic Commission, IOC.

The advantage of the joint effort is that this 630 page publication is
available at a very low price. To libraries and laboratories in
developing countries it is free of charge.   For all others there
is a 30 USD handling fee.

The Spanish Institute of Oceanography, University of Tokyo,
University of Copenhagen, and Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution
are helping in the sale and distribution, and thanks to their support, cost
is kept to a minimum.

Those wishing to order copies of the Proceedings will do so through
the closest one of these distribution nodes (see below).

There are still copies of the Proceedings of the 7th International
Conference, Sendai 1995 available for purchase. Same price and conditions
as mentioned
below.
