To all participants in this year's Society of Protozoologists and
International Workshop on Opportunistic Protozoa:

As many of you have privately suggested, there has been a problem with
the electronic submission of abstracts. An error in the programming
code has caused many of the abstracts appear to have been submitted
correctly but with no confirmation. Below is a list of all those
abstracts that have been properly received. If your author list
appears below, all is well your abstract has been received.

HOWEVER if your name does NOT appear on the list below, your abstract
has NOT been received and you should take the following action:

Submit your abstract in the form suggested below:

Please type your abstract in ASCII mode (regular email text), do not
send as an attachment, and send as a regular email with the words
"SOP Abstract" or "IWOP Abstract" in the subject line

Start with the title of the abstract, followed by the
name(s) of the authors in upper case letters and
abbreviated first names (e.g. J. F. BIRD). If there is more
than one author, divide the authors with a comma, the last
one with an "and" in lower case letters. Next type the
address of the author (including country). If there is more
than one address, designate them by lower case letters (a,
b, c). Following this will be the text of the abstract.
Please use curly braces to delimit italicized words: (e.g.,
The phylogeny of {Hirudo} species...). Use only straight
ASCII-characters (#1-128). Greek letters should be written
out, since there are no entities for most of them (e.g.
"omega", "iota") Please do not submit more than 250 words.

Send a copy your abstract to the following email addresses:

For SOP: PLEASE SEND DIRECTLY BY EMAIL
TO: hamasaki at aecom.yu.edu
With a copy to: mstruede at uoguelph.ca

For IWOP: PLEASE SEND DIRECTLY BY EMAIL
TO: EDNA.KANESHIRO at UC.EDU
With a copy to: mstruede at uoguelph.ca
