Hello
I would like to conduct a cell sensitivity assay on Didinium
nasutum.
For the purposes of the assay, in an ideal world, I need an axenic
culture of Didinium. Does anyone know if they can eat bacteria, or
can they only eat Paramecium? How long can they survive without
Paramecium? About how long does it take for Didinium
populations to
double? I would appreciate all & any advice!
