POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT
Postdoctoral Position Available
Tufts University and Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution
A 2-year, fully-funded postdoctoral position is available, with the
appointment officially being through Tufts University, but with work
to be shared between laboratories at Tufts and at the Woods Hole
Oceanographic Institution.
This project entails developing new technologies for detecting HAB
species using molecular probes. The ideal candidate will have
molecular skills as well as interest or experience in computer
analysis and instrumentation or engineering.
Principal Investigators on the project are: Dr. David Walt,
Department of Chemistry, Tufts University and Dr. Donald M. Anderson,
Biology Department, Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution.
It is expected that this position will begin in early 2003.
Approximate annual salary will be $35,000.
