We are pleased to announce that the protein databases 'All Schistosoma'
and 'All Filarioidea' have been added to the parasite proteome search
facilities hosted by EBI.
The two search facilities are as follows :-
1) The Parasite Proteome Keyword Search Facility
A general keyword search facility found at :-

2) The Parasite Proteome Motif Search Facility
Search the relevant database for protein motifs at :-
