We have recently purchased and installed the the Staden package. After reading
the manual several times over, we have a good understanding of the components
of the program. What we cannot seem to find after reading is how to take
a single sequence file(s) from an ABI 373 move it into the the package and
perform a simple manipulation. Can anybody provide us w/ help on this matter?
