FTP your ABI sequence file (not the file with .seq !) to the
computer where STADEN is installed. Open STADEN porgram, use the command:
"TED -ABI <seq-file-name>" to look the chematogram and to check
miss-calling base. Then, save your sequence for further processing, for
example, using XDAP/XBAP to assembly contigs.
