hiya,
I am hitting a hashing problem while going through vector_clip in
pregap. Having had a look at the help the vector sequence can't be
compared to the template sequnce!? This is only for some of the readings
in the file of filenames so its not the vector. I take it that it must
be the readings! Is htere any way round this or do I go back and
sequence again!
