I would like to change which traces are displayed by auto trace display. I would like to display a given trace that contains a discrepancy, it's read pair trace (I'm sequencing 500 bp inserts, so read pairs always overlap) and the "best" trace for the consensus. Is this possible, and how do I do it? Thanks for any help.
