I can confirm that all five sample sequences pass the quality clipping
test in the pregap4 tutorial. I'm not sure why.
I also note that the Tag Repeats program is missing from the Configure
Modules - I can't find it anywhere !! I am running the Staden Package
2002.0 on an iMac under OS X 10.2, and downloaded the gzipped binaries
package. It won't run uder OS X 10.1.
