Hi
I've just started using the staden program. i'm having trouble with the
display of traces in gap4. It seems to work ok when i do a shotgun
assembly (i.e. double clicking a base in the contig editor brings up the
trace) but a PHRAP assembly seems not to let me do this. I tried to
specify the trace file location but this did not work. All the files are
in the same directory and it seems like it should work.
if someone could tell me what i'm doing wrong that would be great.
