I am pleased to announce that the Staden Package source code has now
been released by MRC under a BSD-style Open Source licence.
A source forge project has been set up to house this at:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/staden/
At present there is not a great deal here except for the source and the
binaries copied from the MRC-lMB ftp site, but I plan to upload the web
pages and a the local CVS tree of my modifications to the package made
since the last MRC source tarball was taken.
