I'm a new staden user, so my question is probably basic but I couldn't find
out myself...
Is it possible to reorder the readings in the contig editor ? I want to
split my contig into several ones by choosing for each one the different
readings to include. So far, I know only how to break a contig according to
the order of the readings in the editor, but not by choosing the readings I
want.
Is there a way to do that ? Thank you very much for your help !
