Hi folks. I'm looking for antibodies that are known to cross-react with
salamander extracellular matrix components. In particular, I'm trying to
find monoclonals or polyclonals to collagen type I, collagen type IV, and
thrombospondin (a real long shot). Can anyone recommend specific
antibodies from commercial or other sources? I loathe the idea of sinking
more money into screening commercially available reagents against mammaliam
and avian ecm components. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
