15th Symposium of the Singer Society for Regeneration and Development
(March 21-22, 1996)
Models of regeneration: Lower versus higher vertebrates
Dear Colleague,
This is the first announcement for the 15th Annual Singer Symposium to be
held at the Institute of Child Health, University of London, London, UK,
March 21-22, 1996. The 1996 Singer Symposium will be a satellite to two
international conferences, "Limb Development and Regeneration" (organized
by M. Maden, March 25-28, 1996) and "Regeneration, Growth and Pattern"
(meeting of the British Society for Developmental Biology organized by V.
French and J. Slack, March 27-30, 1996) to be held at the University of
York, which is about two and a half hours from London by rail.
The 1996 Singer Symposium will constitute a forum for discussing "Models of
regeneration: Lower versus higher vertebrates". Particular emphasis will be
given to limb and CNS regeneration in order to complement the themes of
the York meetings.
Whether you are simply interested in attending the 1996 Singer Symposium or
you would like to contribute to the meeting with a poster or platform
presentation (one of the sessions will be constituted by free platform
presentations selected from the abstracts), please let me have your name,
address, telephone and fax number (also e-mail address if available) by
September 1st, 1995 either by mail, fax, or e-mail.
I look forward to hearing from you and to seeing you in London next spring
Patrizia Ferretti
