I am a postgraduate student at the Dipartimento di Biologia animale of
Florence University, I am studying the development of newt limb especially
in relationship between ectoderm and mesenchima, from morphological point of
view.

In my T.E.M. observations of fore bud limb, I often found some particular
mesenchimal cells under the ectoderm layer filled with big round structures
(vesicles ?) very not electrondense and I see also special drops or vesicles
that seems to be produced by basal ectodermical layer and going dawn in the
mesenchimal intercellular space, crossing the basal membrane.

Does anyone know something about this or some bibliographic reference? I
found nothing until now.

Thank you very much.
