I am having trouble cutting NICE crytostat sections of axolotl embryos
(stage 14 - 25). The block itself cuts well, i.e. the sections are not
torn, but the tissue is horribly shattered. Does anyone have any special
procedures they use to get good, intact frozen sections?? (By the way, my
method works fine on older embryos and early larvae).
Thanks for any advice...
