I've been trying to make axolotl exogastrulate by de-vitellinizing them and
placing them in 100% holtfreter's when they reach stage 8-9. I've tried a
number of types of dish substrates, glass, plastic, agar, and still the
tissue tends to stick badly or mush. Any suggestions??

Thanks in advance,

LB

After eating, do amphibians have to wait one hour before getting out of the
water?
