Has anyone tried demembranating sperm from the Mexican Axolotl?
I have been trying lysolecithin but as of yet to no avail.
I am currently in the process of trying a more dilute preparation of sperm
under the assumption that the extensive tail and its associated membrane
might be hinering the demembranation by taking the lysolecithin out of
action.
Anyone information regarding this would be greatly appreciated.
